Start Somewhere

 

Many of us know of changes we could/should make to improve our health. 

Most of us also think too big and radically, and try to change too much too fast, and it rarely works. 

In my experience, changes only work if they are made permanent. So a small change that is doable is far better than a big attempt at massive change that cannot be maintained.

My challenge: pick something you can reasonably expect to change AND maintain.  Pick something you know you can stick with until it is a new habit.
